Our approach
A partnership between technology and people is a way of working for us, not a slogan.
You cannot design a tool without understanding the work it stands in for. So we build by following the teacher's real flow: how an exam is prepared, duplicated, marked, and what the result is for.
We put automation in place of the drudgery ahead of a decision, never in place of the decision. The teacher decides what a student needs; the system makes it visible.
We build systems that assume they can be wrong: every automatic step should be reversible, every result checkable.
